The UPTAKE consortium offers financial support to mobility involving the staff and PhD students of the three consortium institutions (universities of Tartu, Uppsala and Kent). Travel supported by the consortium must occur during the implementation of the UPTAKE project (February 1, 2016 – January 31, 2019) and be related to the thematic focus of the project (Russian and East European studies with an emphasis on contemporary political, social, economic, and international affairs). The consortium supports mobility that is consistent with the overall goals of the UPTAKE consortium and contributes to the attainment of the measurable objectives of the project.
Mobility funded by the UPTAKE consortium falls into two categories: intra-consortium mobility (i.e. mobility between the universities of Tartu, Uppsala and Kent) and travel to international conferences.
